Our mission is to enhance your child's self-discovery process and potential, not just with different exciting activities, but also personalised, 1-on-1 support from our teachers and camp staff. We also want you to have 100% confidence that your children will be cared for in a safe and secure environment.

So we ensure to always maintain a dedicated, compassionate and highly experienced team. At Discovery Camps you can be sure your children are in safe hands. 

While we occasionally work with new teachers relevant to a specific camp topic, our core team comprises of a few consistent teachers. 

Careful selection of teachers and staff Every employee is over 18. Each has undergone a rigorous interview process and we only select those with the right experience, qualifications, character and attitude. Comprehensive staff training Every Discovery Camp employee must successfully complete our comprehensive in-house training programme, which includes health and safety and first aid training, so that we can be sure they can deliver our high standards.

Our passionate team is primarily divided into 2 groups of people:

Fully qualified teachers and staff All our staff are fully qualified teachers and teaching assistants or experts with years of experience in their specialist field, be it linguistics, art, drama, cuisine or counselling.
Dedicated onsite Camp Manager Dedicated on site Camp Manager. Responsible for the day-to-day running of the camp and venue, ensuring all our activities are fun, exciting and safe. If you need to change pick up plans or check on your little one they’re the person to contact – anytime.





Jasmin Kaur- Head of Discovery Camps

Jasmin is a results-driven and dynamic professional with over 5 years of experience in running a holiday camp business. She has experience in achieving business objectives smoothly and efficiently in both big and small companies.

Gowri Kalimuthu- Bookings Manager

Gowri has over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. She is the main point of contact for all parent enquiries.
