Art Studio

Do you have a wannabe Picasso! Join Art Studio where kids not only create art through different techniques such as drawing, painting, printing and pottery, they learn about the history of art and different artists.

Week 1

Theme: Elements and Principles of Art

Kids will learn about the visual components of colour, form, line, shape, space, texture and value. They will explore various mediums such as acrylic paint, watercolour, oil pastel, mixed media and more throughout the week to create their own art pieces.

Week 2

Theme: Explore Art Styles

What are Art Styles? Kids will learn about the different art styles (Impressionism, Expressionism, Abstract, Post-Impressionism, Surrealism and Cubism) by famous Art Masters. Throughout the week, they will explore the various art styles to create their own art pieces inspired by the Art Masters.
